Store Policies
IN-STORE PICKUP
Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

BACKORDERS
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually available.
RETURNS
As of April 1, 2023.
- All returns must be made within 10 days of the original purchase date.
- No returns will be made without receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items must be returned with original packaging and original contents in new condition.
- If the original payment was made by check, returns will not be considered until the check has cleared.
- If the original payment was made by credit card, the return must be made on the same card. May take up to 2 days to verify.
- Up to a 30% restocking fee may be deducted from the return value of any special order.
- Items that have been opened, installed, or otherwise used may not be returned.
- Bicycles, car racks and child trailers may not be returned.
- Items purchased as “used” may not be returned.
Special circumstances may be reviewed by management.
